Candle Care

  • To help with the below candle care steps, check out our candle care accessories here!

  • For your first 2-3 lights, leave your candle burning for 4 - 6 hours. This will ensure an even burn and avoid tunneling.

  • DO NOT burn your candle for longer than 6 hours. If you haven't had enough of the scent distinguish the flame, and when the candle has become solid again trim your wick and re-light.

  • Your candle comes with a pre-cut wick but it's important to continue cutting your wick to approximately 1/4" before each burn. This will insure a steady burn and limit soot from the wick.

  • Keep your candle free of wax trimmings and debris at all times.

  • Drafts will decrease burn time, possibly cause an uneven burn, more smoke and soot AND diminish your scent. Keep your burning candles away from drafts, vents, and things of that nature.

  • Use in well-ventilated areas and away from flammable materials.

  • Keep your candles out of reach from pets or children.

  • Make sure to burn your candle on a heat protected surface.

  • DO NOT use water to put out a candle flame.

  • DO NOT fall asleep with a candle burning or leave it burning unattended.

  • DO NOT INGEST.

  •  I know it’s hard to say goodbye, but please discontinue use of your candle when there is only about 1/4" of wax left. Do NOT burn it to the bottom.
