Shipping
At this time, The Nestled Wick can only ship to the U.S.A (Free Shipping) and Canada (Shipping applied at checkout. Fee may vary.).
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of placing your order, this excludes Saturday and Sunday. All orders are expected to get to your doorstep within 5 days of shipping and a tracking number will be provided for you to follow your scents along their journey to you. Please note orders to Canada may be slightly delayed, but we hope not! In the event that your shipping carrier falls a little behind, you will be able to see all updates through the tracking number provided.
Our scents are packaged using a verity of methods depending on your shipments needs including but not limited to:
Biodegradable packing peanuts (they will dissolve under water)
Bubble Wrap
Air Filled Puches
Thermal Insulation (for temperature/humidity control during warmer months)
The Nestled Wick LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products after the package has shipped and left our facility.

Returns
The Nestled Wick typically cannot accept returns, especially after a candle has been lit. However, if you believe to have a unusual circumstance, please have the purchaser send an email to Info@TheNestledWick.com and provide pictures when applicable. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Cancelations of Orders
Cancelations can only be provided before the item ships. Once a tracking number is sent to the purchaser, an order cannot be cancelled.
